 SMB65ss Series SIDE MOUNT BRACKET RODUCT INFO:-

 SMB65ssR is for the  rotator & SMB65ssB is for mast thrust bearing.

"For Antenna System With A Maximum Total Wind Area Of 1.0m Square".

Support mast, clamping sizes:-

50 to 68mm diameter round tube, RECOMMENEND 60~68mm dia.

65 to 68 mm SQUARE tube, (Using optional longer bolts).

NEW:- OPTIONAL Locator Plate & Backing Clamp for LIGHT DUTY SETUP using 50 x 50mm Square or 50 x 75mm Rectangle SUPPORT MAST, POA.    

Can also be attached to a flat surface 100mm plus width, (using screws or bolts).

Each bracket is made from 3mm Stainless Steel, Laser cut, computer folded & welded by MICRO Manufacturing in Australia.

Supplied with backing plate & 6 x 65mm M8 S/S hex set screws, nuts & washers.

Has provision for four (4) support mast locking screws or bolts

A minimum of two brackets (1x SMB65ssB & 1x SMB65ssR) are needed, for added rotator protection a second SMB65ssB can be used.

SMB65ssB is for the large Mast Thrush Bearings from Create CK46 & Yaesu GS-65 for pipe mast size 50 to 65mm dia.

MAST BEARING NOT INCLUDED.

SMB65ssR is for most rotators with a 4 or 6 bolt mounting pattern including:-

CREATE:- RC5 series RC5-1, RC5-1DC, RC5-3/P, RC5A-2, RC5A-3/P, RC5B-3/P, RC5B-4P etc.

DAIWA:-  DR-7500, DR-7600, MR-750, MR-300 & MR-400.

EMOTATOR:-  102, 103, 105, 501, 502, 747, 750, 1100M,1102/3, 1105, 1200 & 1300,1500 etc.

Hy-Gain, CDE etc:- AR-22, AR-40, BT-1, TR-44, CD-44, CD45, Ham-M, Ham-2, Ham-3, Ham-4 & Ham-5 & T2X.

KENPRO:-  KR-400, KR-450XL, KR-600, KR-650, KR-800, KR-1000, KR-2300, KR-2500, KR-2700 & HR-1300 etc.

PST:-  641 & 2051.

YAESU:- G-400,G-450, G-600, G-650, G-800, G-1000, G-2300, G-2500, G-2700 & G-2800 etc.

These new versions have longer gussets (165mm) with more lock tabs & spanner holes to make it easier to do up bolts etc.

SMB65ssB now has a larger mast hole (66mm) & the gusset are on a angle to miss this hole.

SMB65ssR now is wider (150mm) to accommodate the PST 2051 plus the mounting holes have been adjusted.

Added new mounting holes & wiring entry for Hy-Gain / CDE Ham series & T2X rotators.

T2X having all 6 mounting holes able to be used.

Added feature :- The centre is now solid to protect  Create Rotators, being all the weight of the mast etc is in the middle of the base of the rotator.

Extra feature :- The adding of the bottom cable entry for HyGain/CDE rotators mean rotator like PST & Kenpro etc with breather holes on the bottom, now have air flow.

Suitable for most popular brands of rotators with 4 or 6 bolt mounting patterns :- CREATE, CDE/HYGAIN, EMOTATOR, DAIWA, KENPRO & YASEU etc. 

The main body of the LMB50ss is made up of 7 stainless steel pieces which were Laser Cut & the backing has been computer controlled folded. All the parts have interlocking tabs on them, this makes assembly & welding easier.

The base is 5mm thick & has a selection of rotator mounting hole configurations in it, also has a 'T' support bars to keep the mast off base & away from the wiring for the CDE/HYGAIN rotators.

The rest of the LMB-50ss is made from 3mm S/S, including the folded mast clamps which have the M8 x 75mm S/S Hex set screw affixed into them by a lock nut, this prevents bolt from spinning & makes installation easier.

There is also provision to put 2 locking bolts through the top & bottom clamps into the mast & out the back of the bracket.

Includes all clamping hardware.
